The Self Service Management Portal V3 provides a simple interface and enables users to track requests for service. Self Service role users can also access FAQs, announcements, knowledge articles, and chat with the Support team.
Only users with Administrator role can add and configure a workspace to a role.
The Self Service Management Portal V3 provides the following OOTB workspaces:
Only users with an Administrator role can add Knowledge and Announcements workspaces and enable Alerts and FAQs for them to appear as workspaces on your Home page.
When the mobile app is idle for a longer time, you will be logged out. This is based on the SSO session timeout configuration.
